Background information
The British Virgin Islands are situated in the northern part of the Lesser Antilles archipelago in the Caribbean. They consist of sixty islands and are located in 100 km from Puerto Rico (USA). With regard to the political structure, BVI are a British colony with its own government and constitution. Its territory is about 153 km². Road Town is the capital and it is situated on the island of Tortola. The official language is English and the official currency is US dollar. There is no currency exchange regulation. Its legal system is largely based on English law.

- There is no information about shareholders or directors in the registration documents of the company, and their names do not appear in any public reports.
